Final Four

"UCLA expects nothing less than Final Fours and national championships — that's why you come to UCLA. It feels good to be part of something special like this. Hopefully, it's just a building block." — UCLA senior Cedric Bozeman.

This Saturday....the Big Game. UCLA vs. LSU

If you are a Bruin, you know how exciting this game is. I've been waiting for over 10 years for UCLA to return to the Final Four. I hope they play a better game than last week against Memphis. I am SO excited about the game. I can't wait. I will definitely watch the game with my fellow Bruins. Let's do the 8-clap!!!

GO BRUINS!

St. Patrick's Day was awesome! My friends and I started the celebration around 6pm. Our first stop was downtown, San Francisco. Front St. was closed off to traffic and everyone was walking in the street. Wonderbread 5 was performing some great music and even some 80s music!! Our next stop was North Beach. We had more beer and met up with Brian & Debbie. Jeff also stopped by to chill with us for a little bit. Our night didn't end there. We then walked over to the Sake Lab and Dragon Bar on Broadway. We danced and had more drinks but this time they were shots and hard liquer! You know that this is not a good combination with beer. Let's just say lots happened that night and we all had a great time! Everyone got home safely. We ended the night with pizzas!

Tahoe & Reno 3/3/06-3/5/06

me and Than

Finally I was able to snowboard this season!! It's been long overdue. My friends and I went up to Tahoe and Reno this past weekend and it was so much fun. I took snowboarding lessons again since I haven't done it for almost 2 years. It wasn't that bad. I fell a lot but it wasn't as hard as the first time I went up there. I am still sore but the pain is worth it. I liked Northstar so much more than Alpine. The snowboarding equipment was nice and pretty new. Northstar seemed more modern and the staff was friendly. I liked my snowboarding instructor, Andy. He tooked the time to help me master the "S" thing. I still don't really get it though. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to hang out with Brian, Debbie and Ed too much. Than and I were busy taking lessons. But we did take some awesome pictures together. I will post them up as soon as I get a chance. Following a great day on the slopes, we headed back to Reno. We went to Sushi Pier for dinner. For about $18, you can eat all the sushi you want. I love Sushi Pier... the sushi is awesome. I ate so much I almost died. We went gambling afterwards. We didn't do so great. Everyone was bummed. So the next day, we decided to gamble again. I won money but my friends didn't. We think it's Than's fault. He's bad luck. The only reason I won was because he wasn't around. All in all, we all had a blast. The snow was great and the company was terrific!!
